§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) Server log data

When you visit our website, the following data transmitted by your browser is automatically collected:

• IP address

• Date and time of the request

• Requested content (specific page)

• Referring and exit website

• Device category

• Operating system

• Browser

This data is collected to ensure the stability and security of our website. The data is stored for one year and subsequently deleted. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is analyzed using Framer Analytics.

(2) Cookies

No cookies are stored on your device when using our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and associated with the browser you use.

(3) Data processing and transfers to third countries

We use the Framer website builder to operate our website. The service provider is Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Framer may also process data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. Framer services are hosted on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States.

For this purpose, Framer uses a Data Processing Addendum pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, which also incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2) and (3) GDPR as the legal basis for transfers of data to third countries. The current version is available in Framer’s Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

(4) Contact form

If you contact us using the contact form provided on our website, the information you enter, including:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Company

• Any additional information you provide

is transmitted by email to BREUER Rail and processed there for the purpose of handling your enquiry.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship. Otherwise, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.

§ 4 Your rights
